fixer-upper houses, without prior experience and with a hefty dose of

Challengers must:
- Purchase challenge item at a Habitat for Humanity ReStore
- Spend no more than $15 total for the project, but personal stash items may be used.
- Submit projects by the 25th of the month by posting it to Twitter, Facebook, and or Instagram using the hashtag #itscentsational and tagging us at @onblissstreet & @toolboxdivas & @EastCoastUpcycl.
- Must share the challenge on at least 3 social media outlets ie. Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Instagram.
