Grand Canyon: Multi-Family Housing 8238 The project is the first multi-family housing project to receive platinum LEED certification in the National Park Service, also the first in the state of Arizona. The standards developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is an internationally recognized green building certification system.
